Season Ticket Policy

Season tickets to Sinking Ship Creations’ 2024-25 season guarantee first-pick of tickets to all six events. Please review this policy to ensure you understand how to reserve your tickets, the changes to our refund policy, and notes on how season tickets interact with other policies.

 

How To Reserve Your Tickets

Two weeks prior to tickets going on sale to the public, season ticket holders will receive an opportunity to reserve their spot in a run of their choice. Amongst season ticket holders, this will be first-come, first-serve, and you must respond during that two-week window. Your season ticket is non-transferable: you can’t give the ticket to someone else. 

 

Refunds

Our refund policy is in effect, with the following exceptions:

  • The 7-day refund window only applies from the day you purchased your season ticket.

  • If you cannot make an event because you are sick, or if we cancel an event for reasons within our control, you only receive a refund equal to the “early-bird” price of the ticket. You retain your privileges for other events.

  • Your ticket is non-transferable and cannot be resold.

If you are denied service to an event, you can only request a refund to events that we have explicitly denied you service.

 

Please note: if you can’t make an event due to a scheduling conflict or do not contact us within the two-week window to reserve your ticket, you will not receive a refund.

 

Notes

  • Our social justice policies do not apply to season tickets. Please feel free to use them for individual events. 

  • We reserve the right to deny service to any participant for any reason. If denied service to an event, we will inform you of the specific events to which the denial applies. A denial of service to an event does not necessarily mean you are denied service to future events. 

  • The season ticket only applies to the six events defined as part of our 2024-25 Season. It does not include other events held during that time.
